Aikido training focuses on developing concentration, physical strength, and endurance.
Aikido training is distinguished by its emphasis on enhancing focus, physical strength, and endurance. Aikido demands high mental concentration, encouraging practitioners to fully attend to their partner’s movements, thereby improving their ability to make quick decisions. Physically, Aikido improves muscular strength and flexibility through techniques such as throws and joint locks. It also develops physical and mental endurance, particularly during randori exercises, where practitioners must defend against multiple attacks over extended periods, fostering resilience and perseverance.
