It was a great pleasure to meet the instructors and practitioners in Kansas City, Missouri. Their warmth and hospitality were truly appreciated, and beyond their kindness, I was impressed by their remarkable dedication and deep enthusiasm for deepening their knowledge of Aikido.

The training session was both productive and insightful, with a focus on fundamental principles. The practice of Jō (staff) techniques served as one of the core pillars of the seminar, providing participants with valuable skills and perspectives.
